Application for short term work permit in the Bahamas

The following documents should be submitted with the above application form:

• Letter of request addressed to The Director of Immigration.
• Short-term application form (1-30 days); and First Schedule Form I (31-90 days).
• Two (2) passport size photographs (name of individual printed on back).
• A copy of the information page of applicant’s passport.
